做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
