做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
