做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
