做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
