做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
