做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
