做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
