做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
