做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
