做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
