做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
