做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
