做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
