做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
