做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
