做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
