做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
