做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
