做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
