做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
