做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
