做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
