做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
