做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
