做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
