做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
