做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
