做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
