做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
