做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
