做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
