做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
