做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
