做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
