做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
