做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
