做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
