做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
