做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
