做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
