做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
